SPACES AND FEES

St Gabriel's Hall:

Hall £20.00 per hour

Lounge £12.00 per hour

St Michael's Hall

Hall £24.00 per hour

3 hour booking £60.00, £24.00 for each subsequent hour after that

Lounge £16.00 per hour

There is a deposit of £25 which is refundable after the event, once we check there is no damage at the hall, all cleaning has been done properly, all rubbish has been taken home, everything is back where you found it and the key has been returned. The deposit can be paid at the same time as the payment.

If you go ahead and book, we please ask for full payment including the deposit by bank transfer at least 2 weeks before the event.

There are tables, chairs and kitchen facilities available for you to use at both halls.

Both venues are both subject to timing rules in which you will need to have vacated the building by 10pm.

Please allow time in your booking for setting up before your event and for cleaning up afterwards.

If you are having a bouncy castle at the hall please can you let me know the hire company name once you have booked. We need to see a copy of their public liability insurance, I have got some on file so I can check before you ask them for it.
